Position: Hotel Reservation Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: G Tower
Shift: Rotational 24/7

What You’ll Do:

• Manage hotel reservations, including bookings, amendments, and cancellations
• Handle guest inquiries professionally via phone, email, or booking systems
• Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and hotel services
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experience
• Resolve guest concerns efficiently while maintaining service excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)
• Prior experience in hotel reservations / hospitality / customer service is required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
