Job Description:

We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join an international support team based in Lisbon. This role is focused on delivering high-quality customer support in a structured and professional environment.

What You Will Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Hungarian and English

  • Provide accurate and timely customer support

  • Assist customers with issue resolution and service-related questions

  • Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams when required

  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

  • Hungarian and English communication skills required

  • Currently based in Lisbon, Portugal

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work in a structured support environment

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
