Danish-speaking Airline Customer Service Agent – Athens, Greece

Join an international airline customer service team and assist passengers with bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, seating and flight information through inbound calls and emails.

Key details: Athens | Monday–Friday, 09:00–19:00 | No weekend shifts | Danish C1/native | English B2 | At least 6 months of customer care experience or a college degree | Potential hybrid option after an initial on-site period | Top performers may receive two free flight tickets annually.

Important Info: Candidates must already reside in Greece and have a valid work permit/right to work in Greece.
