Icelandic-speaking Customer Support Agent – Athens, Greece | Online Video Platform

Support content creators and monetized partners of a major global video platform through chat and email. You will assist with account settings, monetization, account recovery, appeals and channel-performance inquiries.

Key details: On-site in Athens | €1,300 gross/month | Rotating shifts 08:00–20:00 | Icelandic C1/native | English C1 | No previous experience required | Productivity bonus up to 20% of gross salary | Full onboarding and two-week nesting period.

Important Info: Candidates must already reside in Greece and have a valid work permit/right to work in Greece.
