• Monday–Friday, 11:00–19:00
• Salary: €1,100 gross/month
• Productivity bonus: up to €180/month

• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Relocation support is not included

The role covers customer accounts, KYC and access issues, payments, card issuance and POS troubleshooting.
