Support content creators and monetized partners of a leading online video platform through chat and email. You will help users manage accounts, troubleshoot issues and navigate platform tools. No phone support is involved.

• Athens – On-site
• €1,300 gross/month
• Productivity bonus up to 20% of gross salary
• Rotating shifts between 08:00–20:00
• Icelandic: C1/native
• English: C1
• No previous experience required
• Initial contract: 8 months
• Full onboarding and training provided
