• Portuguese: C1/native level
• English: B2
• At least 1 year of customer care or technical support experience
• Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android
• Basic knowledge of antivirus, firewall and security topics
• Opportunities to cross-train into premium technical support
