Dutch-speaking After-Sales Customer Support Agent – Thessaloniki, Greece

Provide multi-channel after-sales support for customers and partners, handling orders, product information, invoices, deliveries, lost items, payments and warranty claims via phone, chat and email.

Key details: Thessaloniki | Rotating shifts 07:00–23:00 | Dutch fluent/native | English B2 | No previous experience required | Sales/customer-facing experience is a plus | Career paths into mentoring, training and Quality Assurance.
