Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent – Athens, Greece

Join a multi-channel customer support team assisting consumers with product questions, replacements, website issues and general customer care through email, live chat, social media and outbound calls. Please note that the products supported are within the tobacco/nicotine industry.

Key details: Athens | Monday–Friday, 11:00–20:00 | Portuguese fluent/native | English B2+ | Previous customer service experience preferred but not required | Full onboarding and training provided.

Important Info: Candidates must already reside in Greece and have a valid work permit/right to work in Greece.
