📍 Location: Penang
🕒 Working Hours:

  1. Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (rotational)
  2. Weekends: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🏡 Work Mode: WFH (1 month)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Taiwanese & English proficiency (spoken & written)
  • Minimum 6 months of customer support experience (any industry)
  • Strong communication & customer service mindset
  • Problem-solving & critical thinking ability
  • Able to stay professional and calm under pressure
  • Open to feedback & continuous improvement
  • Computer literate; typing speed ≥40 WPM, accuracy ≥90%

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone & email
  • Assist customers with orders, payments, and inquiries
  • Ensure accuracy & confidentiality in handling customer data
  • Resolve issues or escalate when required
  • Collaborate with team to improve service quality
  • Meet performance targets & follow company policies
