Italian speaking Customer Service Representative( Inbound)
Job Description:
We are seeking an Italian Customer Service Representative (Inbound) to join our client in Athens.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat in English.
- Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage, but not required.

Contract: - Permanent contract
