Job Overview

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join a dynamic international support team. In this role, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, and account support while ensuring a seamless service experience.

This is a remote position based in Thessaloniki, Greece, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting global customers. The role involves handling inquiries through multiple communication channels and delivering solutions in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and messaging channels.

  • Assist customers with booking requests including new reservations, modifications, and cancellations.

  • Resolve payment-related inquiries, refunds, and billing concerns.

  • Address customer complaints and provide timely and effective solutions.

  • Support account-related questions and assist with platform navigation.

  • Handle review-related inquiries and provide guidance on feedback processes.

  • Maintain clear and accurate written communication with customers and internal teams.

  • Manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously while ensuring high service quality.

  • Follow operational guidelines and maintain performance standards.

Requirements

  • Native or C1 level German language proficiency.

  • B2+ English proficiency for internal communication and training.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good computer literacy, including Windows basics and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including occasional weekends and holidays.

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
