Job Overview
We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join a dynamic international support team. In this role, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, reservations, and account support while ensuring a seamless service experience.
This is a remote position based in Thessaloniki, Greece, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting global customers. The role involves handling inquiries through multiple communication channels and delivering solutions in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and messaging channels.

Assist customers with booking requests including new reservations, modifications, and cancellations.

Resolve payment-related inquiries, refunds, and billing concerns.

Address customer complaints and provide timely and effective solutions.

Support account-related questions and assist with platform navigation.

Handle review-related inquiries and provide guidance on feedback processes.

Maintain clear and accurate written communication with customers and internal teams.

Manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously while ensuring high service quality.

Follow operational guidelines and maintain performance standards.
Requirements

Native or C1 level German language proficiency.

B2+ English proficiency for internal communication and training.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good computer literacy, including Windows basics and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including occasional weekends and holidays.
