German-speaking Back-Office Support Agent – Athens, Greece

A 100% back-office opportunity within the financial-services sector. You will process inbound tickets from authorities and commercial entities, investigate customer-related cases and provide accurate written responses and resolutions.

Key details: On-site in Athens | Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 | €1,300 gross/month | German C1/native | English B2 | Productivity bonus up to 15% | Initial 8-month contract | Banking/back-office experience preferred; alternatively, relevant administrative experience or a Finance/Business-related degree.

Important Info: Candidates must already reside in Greece and have a valid work permit/right to work in Greece.
