Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Agent – Remote, Greece

Support customers of a premium technology and household-appliance brand with sales, after-sales, product, delivery and technical inquiries. You'll use digital diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues and provide a premium customer experience.

Key details: Remote within Greece | €1,045.72 gross/month | Productivity bonus up to €150 | Rotating shifts 09:00–21:00 | Italian C1+/native | English required | Previous customer service experience required | Initial 8-month contract.
