Description:


We are recruiting Mandarin-speaking Hotel Reservationists to join an international hospitality customer service project based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you will support hotel reservation operations, assisting guests with booking-related requests and delivering a high standard of customer experience aligned with hospitality industry practices.


As a Hotel Reservationist, you will:


Handle hotel reservation inquiries in Mandarin through customer service channels

Assist guests with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests

Provide accurate information regarding hotel availability, rates, and services

Ensure a smooth and professional guest experience in line with hospitality standards

Work rotational shifts in a 24/7 operational environment


Requirements


To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria:


Mandarin language proficiency at C1 level or above (spoken and written)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Previous experience in hotel Front Office or Reservations is required

Good attention to detail and ability to work with reservation systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
