About the Position

Join a team in Sofia as a Trust & Safety Specialist, focusing on content review and moderation. The role requires Turkish and English proficiency and involves helping maintain a safe and positive online environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content.
• Ensure content complies with applicable safety and platform guidelines.
• Identify inappropriate or non-compliant content.
• Apply content moderation policies consistently.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and positive online environment.

Requirements

• Fluent or native-level Turkish.
• Fluent or native-level English.
• Eligibility/right to work in the EU – Mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 07:00–22:00, Monday–Sunday.
  
  Relocation Package
  
  • €1,500 gross relocation bonus, paid in 2 installments.
  • 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival.
  • Assistance with finding long-term accommodation.
  • Relocation package is available to eligible candidates who have the right to work in the EU.
    
  Welcome Bonus
  €1,500 gross, paid in 2 installments:
  
  • €750 gross after 3 months
  • €750 gross after 6 months
    
  Condition: The candidate must still be employed and must not have submitted a resignation notice at the time of payment.
  The welcome bonus applies to both local and relocation candidates who are eligible to work in the EU.
