Support customers of a leading telecommunications provider with mobile, internet and TV services, including technical questions, billing, account management and customer retention. The role also includes cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

• €1,300 gross/month
• Sales bonus up to €900 gross/quarter
• Productivity bonus up to €240
• Transportation bonus up to €100/month
• Rotating shifts between 08:00–00:00
• German: C1/native
• English: B2
• Initial contract: 8 months
