Dutch-speaking Streaming Customer Support Agent – Thessaloniki, Greece

Support subscribers of a major international streaming platform with billing, subscriptions, login/account issues and technical troubleshooting via phone, chat, email and social media.

Key details: Thessaloniki | Rotating shifts between 10:00–22:30, including weekends and public holidays | Dutch C1/native | English B2 | Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required | Comprehensive product and customer-service training provided.

Important Info: Candidates must already reside in Greece and have a valid work permit/right to work in Greece.
