Salary & Financial Benefits

• Base Salary: €930 gross per month (paid over 14 months annually)
  
• Welcome Bonus: €2,000 paid across your first year
  
• Complexity Bonus: €140 per month
  
• Food Allowance: €7.63 per worked day
  

Schedule & Contract

• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 07:00 AM and 05:30 PM
  
• Days Off: Fixed Saturdays and Sundays off
  
• Contract Type: 6-month contract
  
• Work Model: Hybrid (office based in Braga)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding consumer credit inquiries and new financing projects.
  
• Analyze customer needs to deliver personalized advice and recommend tailored financing solutions.
  
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships based on service excellence and trust.
  
• Capitalize on commercial opportunities during customer interactions.
  
• Maintain strict accuracy, rigor, and compliance when managing customer files and data.
  

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent proficiency in French (C1/C2).
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and match appropriate financing options.
  
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to high standards of integrity and detail.
  
• Location Note: Must be based in or near Braga. No relocation support is provided for this position.
  

Equipment & Logistics

• Candidates residing within 50 km of the Braga office must collect their work equipment in person. Equipment is shipped to those residing further than 50 km away.
