Job Description:

We are looking for motivated Greek speakers with good English skills (minimum B2 level) to join our customer support team. You will be providing assistance to clients, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. What Youll Do:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email

  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to clients

  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction

  • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment

What We Offer:

  • Full-time onsite role in Athens

  • Performance bonus: up to 180 Euro per month

  • Additional pay:

    • +25% per hour for night shifts

    • +75% per hour for Sunday work

  • Paid 14-day training program

  • Shifts scheduled on a 24/7 rotation

Requirements:

  • Native/Fluent Greek speaker

  • English level B2 or higher

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
