Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Document customer interactions accurately using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex technical/service issues appropriately.
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities during interactions.

What We Are Looking For

• Languages: C1–C2 German (spoken & written) + Minimum B2 English for internal team communication.
• Skills: Strong communication, active listening, computer literacy (MS Office), and CRM experience.
• Traits: Proactive, empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented team player.
• Location Requirement: Ability to commute to the District 4 office 3 days a week.
