Base Salary: €23,876 gross/year.

Performance Bonus: Up to €3,408 gross/year.

📋 Role Overview:

Model: Hybrid (Working from a stunning office at the World Trade Center by the sea).

Mission: Serve as a consultant to onboard new clients, develop PPC campaigns, and drive business growth through Google Ads products.

Training: 2 to 4 weeks of intense, professional intro training on sales and products.

🎯 Requirements:

German: C2 level (Native/Fluent).

English: High level/Proficient.

Education: BA/BS degree (Marketing/Digital Marketing is a plus).

Experience: 1–2 years in sales and/or online advertising.

Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication for pitching/proposals, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
