Join a customer service team supporting customers through phone, chat and email. You will assist with product selection and purchases as well as after-sales topics such as deliveries, returns and cancellations.

• Athens/Piraeus
• Monday–Friday, occasional weekends
• Rotating shifts between 09:00–21:00
• Dutch: C1
• English: B2
• No specific previous experience required
• Part-time work may be possible, subject to approval
• One-week structured onboarding/nesting period
• Regular training and opportunities to cross-train between sales and service
