German-speaking Customer Support & Sales Agent – Athens, Greece

An on-site opportunity in Athens for German speakers with a background or interest in customer service, technical support and sales. You will help customers with internet, TV, mobile services, billing and orders while identifying opportunities for renewals, cross-selling and upselling.

Key details

• Athens, Greece – On-site
• €1,300 gross/month
• Rotating shifts between 08:00–00:00
• Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends
• Sales bonus: up to €900 gross/quarter
• Productivity bonus: up to €240
• Transport bonus: up to €100/month
• German: C1/native level
• English: B2
• Customer/technical support experience preferred
• Sales experience required for specific sales roles
• Initial contract: 8 months
