German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Agent – Athens, Greece

Support customers of a leading telecommunications company with mobile, internet and TV services. You will assist with technical issues, billing and account questions while also identifying opportunities for renewals, upselling and customer retention.

Key details: On-site in Athens | €1,300 gross/month | Rotating shifts 08:00–00:00 | German C1/native | English B2 | Sales bonus up to €900 gross/quarter | Productivity bonus up to €240 | Transportation bonus up to €100/month | Initial 8-month contract.

Important Info: Candidates must already reside in Greece and have a valid work permit/right to work in Greece.
